Stonehouse have been brilliant to deal with from start to finish. I have never had a less hassle-free experience when renting a property, and I couldn't recommend Stonehouse more. I feel like the property agents really care about the tenants as well as wanting the best for the landlords and their properties, and they have been very attentive to any queries we have had about the rental process.

I had my flat listed for rental with 2 different agencies. In less than 2 weeks time I had 3 offers coming from Stonehouse Estates and none from the alternative source. I thought - these guys must be doing something right! They are pleasant and very friendly team of people with good energy around them, and Despina - my agent was extremely proactive, organised and understanding. Thank you guys !

Kurt helped us sort out our moving when the original agent we've been talking to throughout the deposit process etc suddenly left the estates agency without notifying us. We only had a few days ahead of us before the agreed moving in date and we hadn't yet signed the contracts. Kurt caught up with our case very quickly and helped us abide by the original date and plan.
