We have the luck to find Despina at Stonehouse Estates!!! We highly recomend her as an agent. She was very patient considering our english was not good and as overseas students, we had lots of questions that she answer and explain. Despina help us find a nice home, was very helpfull and guided us through all the process.

GoogleStonehouse Estates were extremely rigorous and efficient in the management of our move. I was very impressed by the high standard of customer service, and rate of response to any queries or problems. Our move was made much less stressful by our agent, Kurt, and the character of the company.

I have been using Stonehouse For a few years now.. They have been very professional and caring.. They have always found me good,reliable ten ants. They have acted fast when there has been any problems. I have found Rohan and Fiona very easy to talk to . They get things done quickly.

We recently found and rented a flat through Stonehouse Estates, our agent was Despina. She was very helpful and professional, signing the tenancy agreement and dealing with documents etc. was all made very easy. They also arranged for all utilities to be transferred to our names which was really helpful.

GoogleWARNING, will always side with the landlord. Tenants WILL get shafted at every occasion. Try and go straight to landlord instead of through them as their service, like so many other agencies just slows down the process and does not offer any kind of protection.

Whenever we had (even so minor) issues in our new flat, Gina would follow up on our requests immediately. With her help we could either resolve the problem on our own, or a quick visit by an engineer would do the job. Recommend their prompt service!
