FacebookWe have had rather urgent problems with our flat since our move in date which was in August 2024, these issues are still currently unresolved due to poor reactivity and lack of urgency from Samuel Estates. Extremely disappointed by the service offered.

GooglePleased to have been a tenant with Samuel Estates and to have had Chi-Huy Ha as my account manager over that last 3 1/2 years. I was kept informed about issues/developments at the building and had responses to a few repairs done when needed. Now moved on and I hope the new tenants have as good an experience.
