FacebookAs a current tenant, I highly recommend not taking a flat managed by Samuel Estates unless you are willing to do repairs yourself and not ask them for any assistance.

FacebookGreat professional service! I have been well looked after by Jessica Martin who was friendly and competent . All of my questions and queries were answered almost immediately. Thanks to Samuel's Estates electronic system it was really easy to complete any paperwork needed for renting. I also used online repair report system which was very simple and again It took seconds to get response from Thomas :)

GoogleCowboys. No customer service. If you complain treated like an annoyance. Positive reviews are probably family members. Everyone I know who have used these guys echo my comments. Avoid. Avoid

Hi Scott. We have just noticed your review. However, we have checked our records and we can not locate you as either a landlord, tenant, applicant, buyer or seller. If you wish to contact one of our offices, I would be more than happy to look into your claim, but as it stands we have no record of you being a customer of Samuel Estates. We take pride in what we do and we strive to offer all our customers a high level of service, but we also understand that when dealing with people, it can go wrong sometimes. When it goes wrong, we try right it and learn from it and this allows us to offer the high level of service we strive for. Finally I can assure you, that that positive reviews we have received, are from our clients and not from "family".As I have mentioned above, please feel free to call one of our offices and I would personally be happy to look into any complaint that you may have.

GoogleA group of scammers that all I have to say. They don't respect a contract they have redrawn. They don't carry any maintenance.

It seems that your frustration towards us is in relation to a deposit dispute with the Landlord. We have tried our best to mediate this and help you both come to a sufficient resolution. We must again point out that we don’t stand to gain anything from deposits and always take a professional, fair and unbiased view when it comes to deposits. Being described as ‘scammers’ is therefore very far from the truth. Your landlord was always attentive with any issues in the property. New tenants are found and processed swiftly and effectively, meaning very little time when the flats are unoccupied. Communication by phone and email is excellent.
