I'm a landord and very happy with Daisy who leads the property management team at RSK. She's very professional and always willing to go above and beyond. We've had one difficult issue in particular recently where she dealt very competently with multi technicians over an extended period of time, while having to manage the frustrations of the tenant.

Andrew told me he had spoken to the landlord and passed my communication on in relation to their tenant who spat in my face during the height of covid and .continually displayed anti social behaviour ..I've since spoken to the landlord who tells me Andrew, despite confirming in email that he had passed this on Actually had not!!! But we were made very aware by the aggravated neighbour that Andrew had informed them of the private communication intended solely for the landlord.... his dishonest behaviour has prevented me using them for my own sale

GoogleAs first time buyers, we successfully purchased a house that was listed with RSK around the lockdown period. Having had a couple of offers fallen through; we had a lot of experience with other local estate agents. What differentiated RSK in this successful sale was a professional and responsible approach throughout: from the viewings; dealing with the offer process; and managing the communication with the sellers. From the perspective of the buyer, It was very clear what was required from us and the associated timelines. We had a number of queries about the property over the course the sale and was reassured by the excellent responsiveness of the team including Kerry and Ronan. Our sale got delayed due to lockdown but communication was maintained and we found Ronan's pragmatism and calm approach to be helpful in managing the inevitable last minute issues that arose and ensuring we as the buyers collectively worked together with the sellers. This was particularly impressive given the highly unusual circumstances given the lockdown and we appreciated the role RSK played. Overall we are very happy with the service provided by RSK and would absolutely recommend them if you are buyers seeking professional and responsive estate agents! GoogleOutstanding service from Anja and Liam. We were in a difficult position and they were understanding. We were kept updated and calls were promptly returned. While we did not go ahead with the letting, this was beyond control due to other issues. However, we will be returning to this estate agent, and Liam in particular, in the near future once all is sorted.
