We were led on all the way of more money to pay, Advance rent payed, Deposit payed, agreement signed, then wanted 6 months advance, to then wanting full term, who would have 3 years rent in advance of 52'000. RSK are a disgrace and have heard its happening to many other people. They should be shut down from business.

GoogleI was satisfied at the beginning but not at the end. Had terrible experience in the flat I rented 14 park road with my landlord as well. They take the deposit and at the end of tenancy they try to deduct money and you have to chase everyone. And be transferred multiple times no one can just update you. The lady in management tram was not very nice as well.
I don't recommend this agency to anyone honestly.

Professional, knowledgeable and approachable director (Toby) explained their process and justified the valuation in a convincing manner. He was also really helpful (and patient) with the questions I had later in the process, including those about my purchase (that they were not dealing with). The manager (Carla) was also very helpful, responsive and that's having her hands full with exceptionally problematic solicitors on the buyer's side.
