Never make a decision on price!

All I can say is never make a decision on price.RSK were one of the first agents we spoke to and after trying lots of other cheaper agents we came back to RSK who got us the offer we wanted within a month - a big regret not to go with them from the start.They're not the cheapest but they're professional, know the area, market and always have transparent conversations rather than playing any games. Carla in particular went above and beyond throughout our sales process, ensuring communication was being shared with all parties and helping find solutions to any issues that did arise.If you're thinking about selling in the area then I wouldn't look any further than RSK!

Zak was great!

Zak has been an amazing help with my property search, I have been looking for a property for about 6 months and have been so frustrated with the process, being inundated with completely irrelevant properties from all of these useless agents but not RSK! I was a bit snappy on the phone initially with Zak because he was asking so many questions about my search but now I understand why! He instantly came back to me with 4 properties that he would suggest viewing and my search immediately took a turn. 3 of them really put a spanner in the works because they really fit the bill! I have now had an offer accepted with RSK and I must say they have been excellent up until this point and we are nearing exchange. Fingers crossed! Well done to the whole team.
