GoogleRented from these guys and the landlord didn’t use tenancy deposit scheme, I struggled receiving my deposit back for 147aHarvist Road. Mile made it clear it wasn’t there problem and couldn’t care less

GoogleMy landlord used this agency for our lease/contract and when the landlord broke that contract in multiple ways Mile Estates were silent and the issues needlessly dragged on. I've bought a property now and will not be using them in the future.

We did not register your deposit nor have any control over it. It’s a shame you decided to take your frustrations out on us, where this is an issue of the property owners making. I can't recommend Kay and Kyle highly enough, they are professional, very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had a rocky ride but they managed to keep the whole thing together for us and we eventually completed. If we could give 6 starts for over all rating we would.
