Mile were outstanding at selling our house. In their approach and professionalism they totally trumped the other estate agents in the area that we spoke to. Their local knowledge was invaluable and their advice was spot on. They priced our house accurately, they were enthusiastic and positive throughout - despite the Brexit uncertainty - and were always on hand to answer any questions we had. They sold our house within weeks and the communication throughout was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Kyle at Mile Estate agents to anyone - he was a pleasure to deal with and got the job done!

I cannot recommend them highly enough. Kyle has been brilliant. I've experienced many estate agents over the years - and Kyle is the only one to bring a sense of humanity to the process. He cares about the journey you are on, knowing it is a stressful process, and does all he can to make it as smooth as possible. He connects the right people up, and spends time creating relationships so he can match the right vendors and purchasers together. You cannot beat that knowledge of the community and the local area. Definitely the best estate agent we've had!

We spoke to about 12 estate agents in Kensal Rise and Queens Park and decided on Mile after a thorough investigation of our options. We had dealt with Kay previously when we were buying and although we didn't buy through Mile we remembered them principally because of their excellent staff. Kay and Kyle are very approachable, friendly, and have excellent knowledge. Kyle has done an excellent job managing our sale, his communications have always been prompt and clear, and the advice he has offered has made our sale go through with a minimum of stress. We are delighted to have used Mile Estates and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hard working reputable estate agency.

How can an estate agents be so incompetent? I travelled an hour to get to my viewing at 10:30, arriving 5 minutes early, the person who’s supposed to show me the property is 30 minutes late coming from an office only 5 minutes away. I was not informed at any point by the agent that he was going to be this late, I had to call Mile Estates myself to find out what was going on. To top it all off, when he finally arrives, it turns out that we can’t even access the property because the tenants are out and the agent doesn’t have the right keys. So I wasted 2 and a half hours of my day travelling and waiting for a viewing that could never have happened anyway because the estate agents don’t have keys for the property. I repeat: how can you be so incompetent?

I was a tenant for 6 months in a flat managed by Mile Estates. During that time there were several maintenance issues that were never really addressed, for example cracked kitchen tiles and a leaking shower. If you need any information or need something fixed it turns into an endless mission trying to chase things up with them, they don't reply to emails. Regarding the poor maintenance, Mile Estates insists it's not their fault but blames the landlord instead. Some basic digging shows that actually the landlord and the agency have the same director, so maybe they are closer than they would have you believe. If you rent a property from them you'll be pulling your hair out trying to get things fixed. If you let a property through them you'll be paying them a finder’s fee every 6 months.

Super Krupa

I've had a lot of experience with letting agents in London over the last few months so when you come across a really first class service, it shines even more than it should. All pictures and prices presented online were accurate, contact was always prompt and polite. Krupa was the agent who showed me around and helped me from viewing to moving in and she made things as easy and painless as possible. Despite a few obstacles, she managed to resolve everything quickly and with great ease. A huge asset to the company and just great overall. Everything so far has been great, no nasty surprises after i've moved in and the landlord seems keen on doing all he can for his tenants. Overall a 5 star experience

We dealt with Kay at Mile Estates when purchasing a property and the service was so good that we decided to use them again when selling the property. Fantastic & Personal service

These guys are EXCELLENT! Super professional & organised... But super friendly too. We dealt with Kyle & Kay, both lovely chaps. Full of knowledge and full of humour too. They are masters of the local areas near their office & know everything you need to know... But they also offer a very personal service where they are looking out specifically for the kind of properties you are after. (They are good listeners). When we were first deciding which areas to focus on and which type of property, we found that unlike some other agents they were not “too pushy”. What they did was give us the realistic options in our price range: “It would be cheaper and you’d get more space in area X but the downsides you would be Y and Z”. That was perfect: to be given the Pros and Cons….. And then be left alone to decide which option you want to pursue. We also never felt pushed or rushed after a Viewing… They would ask for feedback and then leave it up to us to make the next move. Once we had agreed to buy a flat, in terms of the next step of getting the deal over the line as quickly as possible they were incredibly thorough and on top of things…. It was very much a case of ‘Thunderbirds are go!’ Overall, we thoroughly recommend the MILE Kensal Rise team and with no hesitation at all give them 5 Stars! Alex

Great Experience - Great Flat - Big thank you!

Our experience with Mile Estates is based on our interested in a one bed flat to rent in the Queens Park area as a couple. From the first viewing, Krupa never rushed us and accommodated our schedule with last minute weekend and evening viewings. We viewed several flats with Krupa, and never felt pressured to make a decision. After deciding on a flat, Krupa also negotiated the best deal for us with the landlord regarding rent, repainting, repairs and installations, going above and beyond to surprise us with a brand new custom built boiler cupboard after my partner had just mentioned it in passing at a viewing. The referencing, contractual element and payment were all processed promptly and accurately, making the whole experience an easy one. Additionally, Krupa has even been in touch after our move in to make sure we have transitioned smoothly. In sum, our experience with Mile Estates and Krupa in particular has been excellent. The fees might be higher than elsewhere, but I would highly recommend Mile Estates and Krupa in particular as this estate agent actually seems to care about their customers, even after payment. Friendly and very professional service

Mile Estate Agent is by far the best Estate agents we have ever dealt with, especially Krupa who has helped us get a beautiful 2 bedroom flat in our range of budget. Honest, Reliable and Efficient

I first had contact with Miles Estates in 2014 and came close to a purchase a few times. Market was crazy back then and one thing is certain, Miles was never trying to overprice resulting in quick and efficient sales. forget the branding these guys are brilliant.

So although there are more attractive brands of estate agents in the area, i cant imagine you will find many that provide the service and knowledge that both kyle and Kay provided for me and my wife when selling 30 kilburn lane. I had 5 agents around to value , we had valuations far in excess and a few below. it was clear kay was not interested in winning my instruction by over valuing and he gave me an optomistic but realistic value that would secure a good sale. as soon as we signed we had a board up and three days later, after several pre organised viewings we had our property under offer to a couple that had been vetted thoroughly by kyle not to be a time waster. they certainly weren't and we managed to secure our onward purchase due to the communication and swiftness of the conveyancing process which kyle had an enormous part in moving along. If i could rate these guys more than five stars i would. It's true what people say: "Estate agency is a people business and i cant recommend the people at mile estates more".

When deciding which estate agents to pick my flat mate and I knew we wanted a local agent with excellent local knowledge. Kay and Kyle had exactly that. A truly thorough and intelligent Estate Agent

I've had the pleasure of working with Kay Meshkin-Pour when we bought our house through him and his agency. I met Kay when I went from agent to agent in Kensal Rise to register when we had already put our flat on the market with someone else.. He immediately sized up my family's requirements and showed me a house on his computer. That was the house we went on to buy. It was a long and tricky process due to offers falling through on our own place that was being sold by another agent, and Kay was very helpful and reassuring in the process. He kept our vendor informed and negotiated the extra time we needed to get our sale through so we could purchase. Kay's knowledge of the market, the process and the area was incredible. I needed him as much for my sale as my purchase as he was our advisor. In a world where Estate agents are seen as hustlers, it's very good to find someone you can really trust. Kay will make things happen. I'll be sending everyone I know to him.
