GoogleI sold my house with Mike Estates (Kensal Rise branch)Really excellent service - Kyle always kept in touch, went out of his way to ensure he attended all viewings , befriended my dog to facilitate viewings , ensured Covid guidelines kept to and achieved a sale. After the offer he kept in close contact with the buyer and h and the buyers solicitor. Really recommend them.

GoogleWe rented a house from Mile and while the experience started off as friendly, we experienced extremely unprofessional behaviour as the process continued. On phone calls, I could hear colleagues in the background making rude remarks about me and my responses. When we moved in and needed the keys Mile still had, they didn’t provide us with the correct keys and lied to say the previous tenants must have changed the locks. The agency also made it sound to me like our new landlord was a nightmare which is the exact opposite and I’m so relieved to be dealing with my landlord directly! Overall, very poor communication and behaviour (saying they’ll be sending something that never arrives, first contract had incomplete sentences, as further examples). I wouldn’t recommend this agency.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS! I would give them no stars if I could. Completely unprofessional. Fabian Bachelor their agent, sent my partner the agency's address instead of the flat's and two different time slots, 1pm over email and 12pm over text. When asked to confirm, he said to ignore 12. At 5 to 12pm, my partner gets a very curt and rude call asking where we are! We offer to meet him in 30 minutes. After 20 minutes he calls again complaining he's been waiting for 25 minutes and he can't wait any longer and hangs up on my partner! Dodgy, rude, confusing, entitled! So glad we didn't get to see the flat!
Dear Anne, Many thanks for taking the time to note your experience with Mile. We are sorry to hear that the experience underwhelmed enough to declare the above. This is never nice to hear. The management have reviewed the communication between Lucian and Fabian from the weekend. There was certainly a mistake with the two confirmations sent to Lucian for the 12:00 appointment. However on two occasions the correct address was sent (text & email) to meet at 12:00 at the desired/intended property. Lucian had acknowledged via text that the latter 13:00 appointment was an error. We apologise for the confusion and any conduct that was deemed unprofessional. Kay helped us find a flat inside our (very limited) budget.. He managed to tick every single box on our wish list, which was simply incredible (including moving towards centre, not away from it) - we had not expected that at all. When the sale took a lot longer than expected (and we feared we were losing our sanity), he was there, trying to help. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Was a pleasure to deal with Kay and his team. Always available to talk and helped move things along swiftly for exchange and completion. Would thoroughly recommend and use them again.
