⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good experience with JLL Residential. Lily Wang is our property manager and she has been very professional, supportive, and quick to respond whenever we have questions. She is always helpful and makes sure everything is handled smoothly. We really appreciate her support and the excellent service she provides.

They will steal your deposit , horrible experience with them. They will always favor the landlord and do not give one crap about their tenants. My house was leaking for 2 straight months and they never compensated me for anything and then went to charge a big chunk for damage that I didn’t cause. They will steal your deposits and will not discuss anything with you they are a horrible horrible agency that have shit property managers. The property managers are robots and will not cooperate with you at all and will just use chat gpt to answer you. I tried being nice to them but if there’s one thing I know is I will never ever come close to that agency again

GoogleStayed with the team for three years. Highly professional and they know the ins and outs of managing a property which made things straight forward. Checkin was smooth and handled over the video. Any amendments were made and the team is very responsive. Checkout was also smooth and communication is excellent. I would encourage greater flexibility when renewing contracts when tenants are looking to shift.

I’ve been really impressed with the support I received from Antonella Frate throughout my tenancy. She has always been responsive, professional, and patient in handling any issues that came up. Most recently, she went above and beyond in helping me resolve a difficult matter with the landlord, and thanks to her persistence we reached a fair outcome. It makes such a difference to have an agent who communicates clearly, acts quickly, and genuinely cares about tenants as well as landlords. I can’t thank her enough for her help

GoogleI cannot fault the service I received one bit. The Houseman team made my moving process stress free from start to finish. From the viewing with Raphael, to the referencing process with Emma. My property manager is Paige and my experience has been great. She is always ready to help and quick to support and solve any problems. I’ve recently had a few issues related to heating and plumbing in the house and Paige has always been very efficient to communicate between me and the landlord and getting the issues solved.
