I had a last minute request for access to my flat which came through from the duty manager. Despite being out of the office Keely still made sure everything ran smoothly and both the tennants and the duty manager were fully informed at all times. You couldnt wish for better support than that, thank you!

GoogleWe have worked with Emma and Raphael from Houseman for 8 years and in that time we have found them extremely responsive, acting responsibly on behalf of the tenants and the landlords be it moving in, moving out or issues that occur during the tenancy. They have very good relations with the contractors they use and can always be relied upon to take a pragmatic view around any issues that crop up. Trust is a word that sometimes gets forgotten in this area, but not here.

I felt JLL service is not as good as I engaged them initially where they are more responsive and take more initiative. Not sure if it is due to the familiarity, they seem to take things for granted. And they seem to be more interested in wanting our good feedback on them.

TrustpilotOne of my worst rental experience in years
One of the most disappointing experience I've had with a rental agency in London for many years. Nothing gets done or fixed in the flat, answers to our questions are ignored or only partially answered. Days, if not weeks, to hear back from simple emails. It strikes me as a company that took up on too many rentals to manage and they just don't know how to deal with it anymore. Our experience has been with the Greenwich agency.

Their advice has always been spot on. They are high quality and totally efficient with everything they do.
