GoogleIt was a brilliant renting experience with JLL - Ayesha. The agent was professional and always answered questions patiently. The turnaround time of correspondence was really quick. Throughout this renting process, we felt really reassured that we worked with such a nice letting agent. I definitely recommend JLL to my friends. :)

GoogleVery bad customer experience with money held back, constantly relying on the longest possible period to refund any money. This seems to be in line with most real estate agencies anyway, can't wait for these to be disrupted with new players that actually care about their tenants making them a living.

GoogleWe had a great experience with JLL, or rather with Joanna L. our letting Manager and Indra M. They were very polite and keen to help. It was easy to communicate and arrange viewings with them. We chose the first flat the showed us and are very happy with the state of it.
