GoogleJoanna Ludlow is an excellent letting agent. She is prompt, well organised, caring and diligent. She really looks after her clients and customers. She could not have been more supportive. GoogleVery poor experience of letting with this agency, they have withheld the deposit for over 4 weeks whilst confirming deductions of £158 and then illegally attempted to withhold the balance until I provide proof that the utility accounts had been settled, which is entirely incorrect.
