Canary wharf team is excellent. In particular, my apartment manager, Tiffany, has been incredibly patient and friendly. She truly guided us the check-in process and helps us avoid a lot of trouble. We really appreciate her professional support .

GoogleVery unpleasant end of tenancy experience with JLL - would advise tenants to avoid this company. John&co much better. Paid £420 for a cleaner that they advised to use and it wasn’t cleaned to their satisfaction, items marked in inventory as fair wear and tear but they didn’t agree and withheld from our deposit. Took 3/4 weeks to get part of our deposit back and not a small sum. Trying to claim £20 for a mark on a wall that can barely be seen from the inventory report with no receipts to back up replacing anything. Needless to say we are disputing everything with TDS for the first time ever as tenants but for £128 you’d think the Landlord could repaint a wall when the property is several years old or for items marked as fair wear rather than getting into disputes with tenants that paid nearly £3k a month to rent from you. Avoid if you can! Karl Zheng and Tiffany are both very unpleasant to deal with and stressful from start to finish. Even pool at amory tower was closed for 6 months of our tenancy and we never got a response for no facilities? Tiffany ignored us for weeks when we asked for a response on facilities or issues with mould in flat. Not good enough!

GoogleFrom booking viewings to placing an offer on a property both Tracy and Victoria have been efficient, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Tracy was a huge help in providing detailed information on the local area, schools and amenities. All of the questions we had were answered promptly and honestly. Victoria has been wonderful at keeping us informed during the purchase process. She provided us with a checklist on what to expect from start to finish which was a nice detail and has proven to be very helpful. Thank you.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough about the unbelievable customer service given to me by Tracy at the Coulby Newham branch. As anyone knows conveyancing is stressful!! Being within the chain I was constantly on the phone to Tracy sometimes several times a day and she has sometimes rang me after close of business to return my calls. I would call this going above and beyond and she worked tirelessly to obtain the desired results of exchanging today. Her professionalism and dedication and always giving me the correct and accurate update I was very grateful for. I said to her a number of times her calming manner and positivity helped me keep calm. Every member of staff whom I spoke to I found helpful. Thank you all but especially Tracy 😀😀
