This company has extremely poor customer services and discriminates people based on their place of birth. This was reported to the police as a racist abuse and legal action will be taken. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from these people.

JLL is reliable, but the Property Manager, Paige, does not seem suitable for her role. She responds late, communicates poorly, and gives tenants the impression that she is unwilling to work. Although we only need to reach out to her a few times a year, doing so is consistently stressful.
