I arranged for Jade to show me a property. Although it wasn't what I was looking for, Jade offered to show me another property straight after that had just come on the market and was perfect for me. Jade explained the process of securing the property to me, and was really helpful in always responding to my emails and answering my calls. Overall, it was a great experience working with Jade and would highly recommend her!

GoogleGordon & Co were not our first choice of agents to sell our Battersea flat but they found a buyer in about a month. The feedback at all times was exceptional. We were confident that they were acting in our best interest. This experience has caused us to revise our believe that estate agents are a despicable bunch. Over the years I’ve dealt with many agents some good experiences and some not so good. GoogleOur experience was not a good one. We felt consistently out of the loop (at time flat out lied to- there's making a sale, and then there's flat out making things up). We did not feel supported by the agent we were working with, it was a constant struggle and always felt like they were doing us a massive favour. Every silly stereotype you've heard from estate agents you'll find to be surprisingly true in this agency. (we never thought it could be so bad until them :/) Stay away if possible, if you can't help it but deal with them; get everything in writing and know that they are not on your team.

Whilst I have had my fair share of good and not so good agents, I would consider Charlie better than good, perfect in fact. Went above and beyond which included showing me a property on a Sunday when the office was closed, got me the agreed rent in less then 24 hours from making the offer and protected my interest in the tenancy particular negotiations. GoogleGenuine, honest - no funny sales tactics. On the house we bought the agent said there were 3 offers, here are the price, when they were offered and declined. When my offer was then accepted the seller confirmed those 3 offers and the prices - shows you Gordon and co is an honest estate agent. Delightful, happy to facilitate 4 reviews of the flat, great to work with. 100% using these guys when I sell... and interestingly the seller of my place bought and then sold through Gordon and co 5 years later. Says it all.

He has also managed to turn things round quickly for me , without the stress you get with normal agents . Dean was very helpful all the way through our process. We saw the house on the first day of it being on the market and we made an offer that same day. Dean was organised with all aspects of the admin and answered any queries that we had very quickly. Our move was therefore very easy and without hassle. Dean was very friendly and helpful from the start. His viewing of the property was well organised and we decided to make a bid for the property after only 20 minutes of viewing. He was extremely helpful during the admin stage of our tenancy, especially seeming that two of the three tenants were not in the country. We moved into the property very smoothly without any hassle thanks to his organisation.

Could Rianna in Battersea be any ruder? She literally hangs up whilst you're still talking, she's miserable when she does talk, she asks the same questions over and over again so obviously doesn't listen. Bloody awful.She could find me my perfect property and I'd still rather not give her the commission. Perhaps learn some customer service skills?Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
