Helpful, polite, professional & welcoming

Dean was first and foremost a very nice guy who acted in a friendly yet professional manner. Any questions we threw at him - he answered them in lots of detail and we left the property feeling like we knew everything we needed to know. Efficient and professional service

Thomas was extremely helpful in our flat lettings search. He fully understood that we were focusing on a particular development and got in contact with us as soon as Gordon&Co got the instruction from a landlord, without pressuring us to look at other properties. This meant we were able to view the flat and put down an offer the next day. As we were looking to move in quickly, Thomas fast tracked our referencing process, which mean it was completed by the next working day. On his part, Thomas ensured everything else that was required was completed ASAP. This meant we were able to move in within a week of viewing the flat. The London rental market is very quick, and it's very easy to lose put because of this. Thomas helps you stay ahead of the game. Throughout the entire process he was both friendly and professional.

I've been landlord of three properties for nearly twenty years, and Tom is among the best lettings agents I've used. He's thorough, efficient, flexible, professional and courteous. Efficient and well mannered

Thomas is a breath of fresh air compared to most estate agents I've come across. He was honest and straightforward in terms of when we should put our offer forward and whether there was anyone else viewing the property we eventually got. He did try to re-arrange a meeting we had to move into the property at short notice which was disappointing, but an anomaly as he usually kept in good contact and kept us in the loop about everything.

It was a pleasure working with Rumz to organise our letting. He was friendly, helpful and responsive. He highlighted aspects of the property that required additional work before the move in, and was happy to point these out and ensure these were included in the contract for the property. First time buyer

From the first viewing to completion and exchange Gordon and Co, especially Steve Para have been extremely helpful and professional in the way they've handled the whole process. I was kept up to date on the offer at all times including emailed on the weekend. I was given access to the property every time I requested to ensure and be comfortable with various information I needed. Steve para personally ensured that things were handled smoothly on the seller side and kept me updated all the time. It was also extremely thoughtful of Gordon and Co to welcome me into my new home with a card and champagne. I haven't heard of many other agencies take such personal care with their clients. I would most definitely use their services again and recommend it to friends.

Thomas was friendly and courteous during our time draling with him. Before our meeting he was kind enough to change the time of our meeting so that we could view a flat earlier. During the process of preparing an offer, he tended to wait until we had completed one hurdle (such as completing a form) before presenting us with the next (such as asking if our guarantors earnt the required amount). This was disappointing as it slowed down the process of preparing the offer, although in my experience it is a common thing among estate agents. Thomas was helpful in trying to find us other flats after this, although those at his disposal were not to our requirements, so there was little he could do at this point.

I have known Steve ever since I entrusted Ben Temple with the management of my properties. Temples were subsequently bought out by Gordon & Co. but fortunately Steve continued in post with the new organisation. From a Landlord perspective continuity is very important - especially in todays changing environment. Steve at Gordon & Co Battersea has helped me find tenants for my three rental properties in the Clapham/Vauxhall area. He and his team could not have been more helpful. They had great professional photographs taken within 24 hours of my builders finishing work, and in two instances had tenants lined up while work was still underway. All the tenants Steve has found have been super young professionals who pay their rent on time and look after my properties well. Gordon & Co provide a full management service in addition, and Steve is great at liaising with the property management team (Chloe and Kerry - always on the ball with any issues). Having used other agents in the past I can honestly say Steve and the Gordon's team provide a premium service at a reasonable cost. They are a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't use anyone else. Don't be fooled by their offices, which aren't as bright and sparkly as some others - I might have been put off by this but was recommended by another landlord who uses Gordon's and haven't looked back.

Great advice and understanding

My partner and I met Thomas as we were looking for a property to rent in West London.
