Great Lettings Agent

He has a real passion for the job for what he does, which really comes through. With some agents you can see they regard what they do as a job, but the energy and professionalism that shines through from Thomas you can clearly see that he views this as a career. I had an excellent experience with Jade at Gordon and Co. I have been using agents for 9 years now and have had mixed experience, Jade was the most professional, understanding and the most accessible agent i have ever worked with. She went the extra mile to find, attract and engage the the right type of tenant.... she even cleaned the floor at one stage as she was not happy with the standard of the property before one of her viewings. I've been landlord of three properties for nearly twenty years, and Tom is among the best lettings agents I've used. He's thorough, efficient, flexible, professional and courteous. He showed my flat to a prospective tenant the same day I confirmed the instruction. We received an immediate offer, a little under the asking rent. Tom negotiated the offer upward, and moved the tenants in for me (after liaising between me and the tenants, getting all questions answered, and arranging a professional clean for me) within a week. Consummate property professional

Rumz and the team at Gordon and Co have let my portfolio for over ten years. After dealing with (and frustrated by) 'sales people' for a number of years I was delighted to find an agent that genuinely didn't look for a one off commission but aimed to achieve a long term relationship with a landlord. Steve Para - an experienced and helpful member of Gordon & Co management

I have known Steve ever since I entrusted Ben Temple with the management of my properties. Temples were subsequently bought out by Gordon & Co. but fortunately Steve continued in post with the new organisation. From a Landlord perspective continuity is very important - especially in todays changing environment. Despite the fact that the direct day to day responsibility of managing my properties moved out of Steve's hands years ago he has always been willing to act as a continuity contact, to coin an expression, without which I might well have considered reviewing the management responsibility of my properties Good on you Steve.

Steve at Gordon & Co Battersea has helped me find tenants for my three rental properties in the Clapham/Vauxhall area. He and his team could not have been more helpful. They had great professional photographs taken within 24 hours of my builders finishing work, and in two instances had tenants lined up while work was still underway. All the tenants Steve has found have been super young professionals who pay their rent on time and look after my properties well. Gordon & Co provide a full management service in addition, and Steve is great at liaising with the property management team (Chloe and Kerry - always on the ball with any issues). Having used other agents in the past I can honestly say Steve and the Gordon's team provide a premium service at a reasonable cost. They are a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't use anyone else. Don't be fooled by their offices, which aren't as bright and sparkly as some others - I might have been put off by this but was recommended by another landlord who uses Gordon's and haven't looked back.
