Responsive and thorough service with one hiccup.

Overall Thomas provided a professional, thorough and responsive service. He was able to organise a viewing of the property we now rent at very short-notice, and swiftly organised its removal from the market at our request. During the preparation for our move in he was quick to request the appropriate documents required for our tenancy and provided informative updates throughout the process as to what needed to be completed. Despite some disagreement as to the date and time that we were to move into our new property- it seems our move-in could have originally been arranged for an earlier time of day given we were to pay rent for the full day- this matter was eventually solved, albeit with some slight antagonism. Despite this I would recommend Thomas's service for his generally courteous manner and quality of service.

Incredibly helpful, responsive and thorough

It was great working with Thomas throughout the process. Helpful, polite, professional & welcoming

Dean was first and foremost a very nice guy who acted in a friendly yet professional manner. Any questions we threw at him - he answered them in lots of detail and we left the property feeling like we knew everything we needed to know. Efficient and professional service

Thomas was extremely helpful in our flat lettings search. He fully understood that we were focusing on a particular development and got in contact with us as soon as Gordon&Co got the instruction from a landlord, without pressuring us to look at other properties. This meant we were able to view the flat and put down an offer the next day. As we were looking to move in quickly, Thomas fast tracked our referencing process, which mean it was completed by the next working day. On his part, Thomas ensured everything else that was required was completed ASAP. This meant we were able to move in within a week of viewing the flat. The London rental market is very quick, and it's very easy to lose put because of this. Thomas helps you stay ahead of the game. Throughout the entire process he was both friendly and professional.

Efficient and well mannered

Thomas is a breath of fresh air compared to most estate agents I've come across. He was honest and straightforward in terms of when we should put our offer forward and whether there was anyone else viewing the property we eventually got. He did try to re-arrange a meeting we had to move into the property at short notice which was disappointing, but an anomaly as he usually kept in good contact and kept us in the loop about everything.

Thomas was my agent for securing a good 2bhk flat. Whilst the flat was unfurnished during my first viewing, I expressed my interest of having the place furnished. It was a pleasure working with Rumz to organise our letting. He was friendly, helpful and responsive. He highlighted aspects of the property that required additional work before the move in, and was happy to point these out and ensure these were included in the contract for the property. He quickly dealt with any issues that were still to be addressed after the property had been let, and has continually been on hand to deal with anything, even after we have been settled into the property for some time. Thomas was friendly and courteous during our time draling with him. Before our meeting he was kind enough to change the time of our meeting so that we could view a flat earlier. During the process of preparing an offer, he tended to wait until we had completed one hurdle (such as completing a form) before presenting us with the next (such as asking if our guarantors earnt the required amount). This was disappointing as it slowed down the process of preparing the offer, although in my experience it is a common thing among estate agents. Thomas was helpful in trying to find us other flats after this, although those at his disposal were not to our requirements, so there was little he could do at this point.
