I was searching for a first time property in and around Hackney for around 9 months, although I didn't ultimately end up buying a property with Felicity J Lord estate agents, all the way through the process I had a weekly call with Ahmed Ruhan which was always great. So many estate agents in London are bloody wheeler dealers trying to do whatever it takes to sell you a shit-hole but Ahmed always took the time to listen to what I wanted and provide genuine, great suggestions of properties that might, and most of the time did, interest me. If more estate agents could be like Ahmed this whole process would be 100x nicer. Great work!
