My experience with Felicity J Lord was fantastic from viewing the flat all the way through to picking up the keys. My agent Akbar was so friendly and helpful, and I particularly rate these agents as they had a dedicated “move manager”, who kept things moving during the legal process of the purchase when the solicitors were being a complete nightmare and dragging things out for weeks and weeks longer than necessary. Shannon was great at this and I dread to think how long it would have taken without her. Everyone was so lovely and it makes me wonder why estate agents in general have a bad reputation because FJL could not have been better and went above and beyond - it’s conveyancing solicitors I now don’t trust! Also, they gave me a little gift box when I picked up the keys with a celebratory drink, and wee bits like soap and tea bags. I thought this was a really, really nice touch and showed that as a company they understand what you need when you’re moving house, which was true of my entire experience with them. Definitely recommend!

Worked with both Lenny and Lee at the Hackney Branch to sell our flat. While the original viewings felt slow to come, Lenny and Lee seemed to focus on getting quality buyers through the door rather than quantity and as a result we had an offer promptly. We didn't achieve the original asking price, but final sale price was a realistic figure for our property/area. Post offer and pre-exchange all communication with the team was prompt and Lee is definitely willing to roll up his sleeves and chase slow solicitors, which was helpful.PositiveResponsiveness

Felicity J Lord was one of the estate agents we used during our flat search and we wound up putting in an offer through them (though it wasn't accepted). Lee was friendly and helpful through the flat viewing and offer process and we appreciated him taking the time to talk us through the process as we're first time buyers. The only thing I'd say could have been improved was to receive more tailored recommendations during our search, but this seems to be a challenge everywhere. I'd recommend FJL to work with for putting in an offer.

The best experience I've had during my search for a one bed! Kory has been an absolute dream in the whole process, without a doubt the most helpful and friendly person I've met along the way. Would gladly deal with Felicity J Lord again and would advise them over every other estate agent. **Update - Unfortunately, following on from Covid and staff members being furloughed, I didn't continue the sales process with Kory, and had a very drawn out, unenjoyable experience with FJ Lord. Appreciate teams were stretched but it was a stressful time. No updates or support from anyone really. Won't name names but at times it felt as it they didn't want the sale to go through. Ultimately want your money and that's it really. Wouldn't recommend.
