Throughout the sale process, the Felicity team was very respectful of our situation and we reached a good understanding on organising the viewings such that it would respect our privacy and time constraints. Eventually the flat found a buyer and I began my own search for a property to buy. Akbar Ali made himself available to show me some properties and had no issues with giving me his honest view on how the property market in London works, which I struggled to get from other agents I've worked with before. I often think of agents as having primarily the interests of sellers in mind (they're the real customer after all), but Akbar clearly proved that a balance can be found between the two positions. His availability to answer questions and support me in the process is a testament to that

When we moved out they tried to get us to arrange and do all the viewings for them. They then withheld our deposit for 4 months. Honestly pathetic. Especially Faisal, but the entire Hackney central branch.
