GoogleLee Appleyard was great from the start. He showed us good house and flat options that displayed a range of what was possible within our budget. He was then very attentive with chasing the lawyers on both sides. Even when the process got frustratingly slow, Lee was positive and proactive. Thank you Lee!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAhmed has helped me to find a property, and was very easy to work with, providing swift response and being patient in the process. I enjoyed how he gave me space when viewing properties. He even returned a valuable of mine when I left it in his car! His colleague Lenny also showed me a few properties, and made the process easier and was very personable and supportive.

GoogleComparing to all the other agents we met so far, I can say Lenny was the most professional and kind one who really listens. Unfortunately, we decided not to buy a house this year in the end but once we feel ready we'll definitely come back to this office(and hopefully Lenny will be here:)
Dear Zeynep, Thank you for your kind words about Lenny. We would be delighted to help you in the future when the time is right to find the next place you will call home. Kind regards, Charlie Saville Branch Manager (Sales)

GoogleLenny was great at showing me properties that suited my needs. Unlike other estate agents, he took time to understand my "must haves" and show me properties that actually fit this, rather than showing me properties outside of my budget or the complete opposite of what I was looking for.
Dear Rosie, Thank you ever so much for this review and I am so pleased that you enjoyed working with Lenny and that you felt that he listened to you. Kind regards, Charlie Saville Branch Manager (Sales)

GoogleLenny was great - not your typical pushy agent, very respectful and would check in every so often to see how the house hunt was going. We found a property to buy with someone else in the end, but we got very good vibes from these guys during viewings and comms.

GoogleMy partner and I are in the process of purchasing a flat with FJL and have had a truly excellent experience so far. Charlie, branch partner at the Hackney team, has been absolutely fantastic, and provided us with a service that is honestly hard to fault; most remarkably, we've felt genuine care from him towards us as people, which makes us feel reassured and comfortable working with him, not just treating us as potential buyers, which unfortunately seems to be a relatively common experience in the business. Other members of the team we have worked with, Akbar and Lennie, have also been great.
Dear Hussein, Thank you ever so much for your kind words about myself, Akbar and Lenny. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with you so far and looking forward to working with you towards a successful outcome for all parties involved. Kind regards, Charlie Saville Branch Manager (Sales)

GoogleAs a buyer, Ahmed took us around a brilliant two bed in Clapton. He was both friendly and proactive in guiding us through the process, in order to make an offer, which was accepted by his client. He's been a great partner through the beginning of this journey and we're looking forward to moving through the next steps together, to get this deal closed.
Dear Hugh, Thank you very much for your review and I am so pleased to read that you enjoyed working with Ahmed. Kind regards, Charlie Saville Branch Manager (Sales)
