GoogleWe have been left without a working oven for 6 weeks - really not ideal. All emails to property management ignored, you have to call at least 5 times for someone to answer the phone to be met with someone advising this is being looked into - is it? Granted the property management team is separate from the Hackney branch, however when the endless list of issues we had upon moving into our flat were raised with the Hackney branch….again….crickets!! This seems to be the last resort to raising the issue once again, that we have no working oven and 1 working gas hob. The viewing process was smooth and securing the property was quick and easy, however now we are moved into our flat the tables could not have been turned quicker.
