GoogleMy partner and I are in the process of purchasing a flat with FJL and have had a truly excellent experience so far. Charlie, branch partner at the Hackney team, has been absolutely fantastic, and provided us with a service that is honestly hard to fault; most remarkably, we've felt genuine care from him towards us as people, which makes us feel reassured and comfortable working with him, not just treating us as potential buyers, which unfortunately seems to be a relatively common experience in the business. Other members of the team we have worked with, Akbar and Lennie, have also been great.
Dear Hussein, Thank you ever so much for your kind words about myself, Akbar and Lenny. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with you so far and looking forward to working with you towards a successful outcome for all parties involved. Kind regards, Charlie Saville Branch Manager (Sales)

GoogleWe have had a great experience of working with FJ Lord Hackney - Charlie, Lenny, Akbar & Shannon (plus the others that we have spoken briefly with). They have always been polite, knowledgeable and approachable. Our sale hasn’t been smooth and was ultimately unsuccessful this through no fault of the team (Cladding issues). The team has helped find a buyer quickly who was committed but ultimately we couldn’t get outside stakeholders comfortable. They provided updates in a timely, efficient manner and worked viewings around our hectic schedule. The issues caused us all some headaches and they worked tirelessly to try and achieve our goal of a sale and an onwards purchase. When it all fell through it felt that it wasn’t just us but the entire team at FJ Lord were gutted on our behalf. Their great customer service will ensure that we look to relist with FJ Lord when the issues are resolved. Thanks and looking forward to working together again
Dear David, Thank you so much for your kind review which really does mean a great deal to myself and the team. We look forward to working with you again in the future. Kind regards, Charlie Saville

GoogleWe reached out to 4 different agencies to value our property including Felicity J Lord who we had bought from previously. From the very first meeting we had with Charlie Saville to the latest (going over our offers) we knew we were dealing with someone in a different league to the others. They say buying and selling property can be one of the most stressful things you can do, but Charlie even managed to make the process enjoyable! He really took the time to do his homework and explain his positioning with us in great detail. He was always available to answer any questions and challenged some of our thinking in a very respectful and professional way. He instilled all the confidence we needed to know we were in great hands and I couldn't recommend him enough to anyone looking to start this process.

GoogleFJL were brilliant dealing with a sale of a property using LPA. They made this complicated process easy and nothing was any trouble for them. All staff were professional but approachable. Shannon Steadman in particular was very helpful and has gone above her role to help with other matters. She kept the ball moving. I would recommend them to any sellers. They made everything very easy. Thanks so much!
