Dear Felicity J Lord and most importantly, Cristiano, Thank you so much for your kind, efficient and honest service. I know we still have yet to wrap up the offer acceptance but up until this point, the service has been excellent from Cristiano. Unfortunately due to the nature of your work, estate agents get a bad reputation for being pushy and manipulative but your kind and honest approach left me feeling so stress-free, optimistic and just genuinely happy. My partner also agrees and I will try to get him to leave a separate review once we close as I believe you deserve 2 reviews! I will not name names but the service was 100 times better than other big named high street estate agents out there. I hope you recognise Cristiano's work and diligence! Ed Diac has been a sensitive and intelligent ally in helping us to get our house sold.It has been a long process with many viewings. Ed is always diplomatic, responds rapidly to requests, anticipates our questions and provides calm advice. Very good on the dog handling front too, especially for viewers who are dog cautious.
