GoogleWe had a nightmare working with another Lettings agency, to which we were left without a place to move into 3 days before our supposed move date. This meant we were back on the market, looking for a place to rent, quickly.
We found a place advertised by Felicity J Lord (Hackney). The experience of working with them compared to the terrible other agency we had was night and day. The experience from viewing the property through to hand-over of the keys was very professional and we always felt in safe, reliable hands.

GoogleNEVER EVER USE THIS AGENCY!!! The amount of problems we've faced since using them are too many to mention but I will explain a few that you need to look out for.
1. On our moving in day, the house was handed over to us in a dreadful state. Hadn't been cleaned, furniture still not removed as promised. We were then ignored all weekend so couldn't move in til 4 days after our move in date.
2. No responsibility was ever taken for their incompetence.
3. We had a number of repairs needed to be done so they sent cowboys to do the job
4. We had a year battle with the agency to receive the 4 days back in compensation which was exhausting when you're up against these morons.
5. 2 months after moving out, we had to chase the release of our deposit by numerous emails and 4 phone calls.
I honestly don't know how these people sleep at night.
