GoogleI was asked to put down a holding deposit for a flat on the 1st of July which I provided. The landlord decided to turn us down as we couldn't move in soon enough. I was told I'd have a refund back from Felicity J Lord on the 5th. It is now the 30th of July, despite calling in every week to chase the refund and raising a complaint 19th, I'm still waiting. This very much feels like theft at this point and has put me in a difficult place with my finances this month as a result. I'm very unhappy to say the least

GoogleAs a tenant I would give them a zero if you wish to ever get your bond / deposit money back. After having both the landlord all parties agree in receiving a full refund of the bond payment back the agency indefinitely stalls to not pay you back. Never responding to email, saying it’s with the payments team, then saying it’s someone else’s responsibility etc. leaving us no choice but to file complaints with TDS to try get your money back 2months+ after the agreement to have the funds returned.

GoogleWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've experienced in London, AVOID!!! Shockingly bad in terms communication, professionalism and integrity. We moved in to a rented apartment two weeks ago. Before the move we requested a deep clean and painting. When we moved in the apartment was in terrible condition and clearly hadn't been professionally cleaned and definitely not painted. The previous tenant was there three years and they have allowed the apartment to go in to disrepair... when we questioned the state of the flat and asked them to make it right Amanda informed us our standards were TOO HIGH!!! She also shouted down the phone when confronted, my fiancé had to ask her to stop shouting.... I'm still waiting for a reply to my email asking for the flat to be cleaned properly. LOW STANDARDS, NO INTEGRITY & LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM... Amanda has clearly created an aggressive culture in this Felicity J Lord branch. still waiting for you to do the right thing...
