GoogleI recently dealt with the lettings team after dealing with another questionable agent and let me tell you the differnce between the two was worlds apart. The team here are not only professional with great customer service but are extremely efficient. They replied to my queries promptly and talked through any queries I may have had in depth and made the whole process extremely smooth. I cannot thank them enough, great group of girls and will definitely be recommending their services.

GoogleWe’ve been dealing with Sheila and were looking to come to the market in September - she’s been great and patient with us as we’re relocating for our daughters school. She’s always a call or email away and advised us on some tips and tricks for Rightmove to select our ideal location. We’ve got lawyers in place and preparing for a mortgage appointment in a few months. The steps she’s taken to make sure this is stressless have been priceless for us.

GoogleLenny has by far been the best estate agent I’ve dealt with! Even though we ended up purchasing through a different one.He was incredibly professional and very much listening to our need and what we were after. From several estate agents I was registered with he has been the only one following up on how our search was going and genuinely trying to meet our needs and not just secure a sale.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleIt was an absolute pleasure to meet Sheila last week, thank you so much for taking the time to meet with me and run through the process. After much thought and help and advise from Sheila we found out we can’t afford to move and are holding off the sale of our house until next year - she helped guide us even though we can’t sell yet. Once our finances are in a proceed-able position we’ll be marketing with her and Felicity J Lord.

GoogleLee Appleyard of Felicity J Lord was the seller's agent for a property I recently bought in Clapton. He was a delight to deal with. He helped get the transaction through as quickly as possible and went the extra mile. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
