Raj and Gurmukh were so helpful in dealing with a very unresponsive solicitor. Due to the solicitor's lack of willingness to communicate with their client and our solicitor we were really concerned that the sale would fall through. However, Raj and Gurmukh went above and beyond in chasing the solicitor until eventually the sale completed. We couldn't have asked for more support. Very slow to respond to maintenance issues. It took us several weeks to get anyone on the phone, luckily it was only a minor issue I don't know what we'd have done if it was something serious. We had the pleasure of working with Bilal Qaisar at the Bow brand of Felicity J Lord when looking for an apartment in the ware. As expected there were a few bumps along the way to do with the flat and our referencing (this was our first time renting in London). From offering a viewing via FaceTime as could not get to London. To keeping us up to date on legislation changes and making sure that tenants are treated with respect. Had a great experience selling through Felicity J Lord. I worked with Gurmukh, the branch manager and Raj - a Sales specialist. They were both great and really care about your property. They both gave us their mobile numbers and were happy for to be contacted at any time. Gurmukh would also contact my solicitor directly to make things go quicker. Carl and the team at Felicity J. Lord provide a great level of service. They are always quick to respond to emails or any questions. Since moving into our flat 5 months ago, we have had several things that required fixing or attention, and the property managers have actioned any request promptly and efficiently. We also had a few extra requests including having a shower screen installed (instead of a curtain), and they helped facilitate this via our landlord. After the experience we’ve had with some other real estates and property managers in the past, I’d have to say that FJ Lord are definitely one of the best we’ve dealt with and make the renting process easy and stress free!

One of the worst agency ever. We had a pipe burst in the flat and the agency did not fix this issue for months and finally said okay for early termination of contract. They then sent notices for months after moving out saying we have to pay the rent which they solved after 5 months after leaving the property which damaged my credit rating. They have also did not give the deposit claiming for different things, things that were in the report before we moved in. In the end we had to leave the deposit as my guarantors were involved which created a big strain in my relationship with them. I would recommend to avoid this agency at any cost especially Jean who does not know anything.
