Felicity J. Lord Bow have just found tenants for my property in Mile End. It is my first time letting through an estate agent, and so far they have been excellent. I have worked with Ilya Hubin and David Greenslade, and both have been efficient, friendly and accommodating. The tenancy has only just started, so I cannot comment on the property management process, but so far I have received excellent service and have high hopes for a long and good relationship with Felicity J. Lord Bow.

I arranged for Jean Piper to carry out a mid term Property Inspection today as I had concerns with how my property was being looked after. Following the visit, Jean emailed me a full detailed report within a few hours of the visit which was very thorough and detailed. She also reminded the tenants of their responsibilities. This was money well spent and I would advise anyone who is concerned for the good upkeep of their property to book an inspection visit which is great value for money. Had a horrid moving in experience with the team. We've moved into the flat and it's been a month - sent an excel to them of 26 issues that had to be sorted. The team does not reply to email, and constantly have to call them up for an update. There is a lack of transparency and accountability among the agents - despite multiple efforts at reaching out, we get no response. Ilya handed us over a property without repairs or end of tenancy cleaning, and Jean has been hostile on the phone when all I ask is for a response to my emails, meanwhile Hasan is incommunicado

Zak was very helpful with our house purchase. We started looking for flats in 2020 with different estate companies till we found Felicity JLord, Bow. Initially speaking with Zak to understand what we were after. Zak kept in touch even at times when we stopped searching, checked in on us and magically helped us find the perfect flat. He was very hands-on throughout the whole process keeping us informed of everything. When we had our offer accepted, he recommended a building surveyor and a mortgage broker. He was very welcoming to all our 101 questions and multiple viewing requests. Even when things were delayed (from the solicitors) he was on hand to answer all our questions, help chase on both sides and reassure us.

Everytime you call there line someone answers and then puts you on mute and disconnects the line this has been happening for days, it’s ridiculous & the only time you can get a call back is if your call goes through to the tower bridge office and they then request internally to get someone from the bow office to call you back! I can't thank Zak and Gurmukh enough for all of their help with my recent property purchase. It was a long sale process due to current property market climate but they were excellent throughout and made the entire process so much smoother and easier.
