In such a cosmopolitan city as London, people frequently move in and out, and having a variety of real estate agencies is a must. Likewise, I have experienced a few move-outs and a few letting agencies... I don't want to go into all the details about what had gone wrong as that would take up a fairly bit of our precious time... And let's be honest, relocating is never easy and usually quite stressful, and most of this comes down to dealing with the agencies at the beginning/end of a tenancy... We've all been there ! However, my latest experience with FJL Bow has made me change my mind. Ilya was the first point of contact and had been dealing with me throughout the all-letting process. What stands out is his friendly and simultaneously very professional service where nothing is an issue. Sounds pretty straightforward, but very rare in reality... Thanks to him, I've found a lovely place where I feel good. I can't speak for all FJLs. However, the Bow branch is definitely recommended:) So, thank you !

Felicity J Lord in Bow have managed our property in Bethnal Green for eighteen years (yep, 18!). In all that time David Greenslade and the team have been absolutely outstanding. The house has always had great tenants almost without a break (no more than a week here or there in 18 years -- seriously). They really know how to let and manage a property, which means we've never had to worry about a thing. Never any silly fees or hassles or drama. They handle everything extremely efficiently and without any fuss. It's been fantastic. Not only do they have a great team who are always polite, approachable and professional but they have a huge collection of excellent contractors -- so any work that needs doing on the property (and it will over time, like any house) is done promptly and at a great price. Overall, Felicity J Lord have been everything we wanted and more in a property management company. I highly and unreservedly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

After a long search on the internet for a decent apartment, I found a great one with Felicity J Lord agency. Had never seen the place in real, signed a contract and it all worked well. Ilya Hubin made the process very easy and quick, really appreciate that. You may be a little lost if coming from abroad with bills and all that, as the agents assume you know everything already, they don't provide much info about that, but if you specifically ask them, they will tell you everything. So I recommend going with them.

He then guided us through the offer process and he secured the apartment for me and my partner. They treat you, a landlord with distain. I have had the displeasure of recently trying to work with the team here. David Greenside was especially unhelpful, rude, and even attempted to belittle me in front of his colleague. It took all of my diplomatic skills to end the conversation and not deck him. He is a really repulsive human being- who likes to think he is somehow better than you. Unhelpful and unclear emails do not help his plight- I will never use this company again. I will be sure to let all of my landlord colleagues in the area know what they are like. STAY AWAY any potential landlord. I suspect they will be no better with tenants either.

We had mistakenly booked a terrible unrealiable cleaning company to do our End of Tenancy clean, and Jean went out of her way to work with us and advise us on getting things sorted out.
