This was somewhat of a rollercoaster of the purchase we originally agreed to sell before the the first lockdown. During lockdown everything seem to have come to a halt and the onwards chain collapsed and I was in danger of losing this property. When things got moving again Gurmukh help find and negotiate a property for the sells in order for this to fit in. After lockdown and with everyone now working from home the whole process seemed to be progressing at a sluggish pace Gurmukh actively got involved to progress the file and giving match can management companies local authorities and solicitors. We have just exchanged today and I could not be more thankful of the effort Gurmukh and his team, I would definitely recommend them to any family and friends buying or selling in the future. David Greenslade and his team at FJ Lord have been managing our property for over ten years and they’ve been excellent throughout all this time. The property has always been occupied with good tenants; never had a problem with missing or late payments . I can't fault Felicity J Lord. We had been listed for months with Purple Bricks with little viewings and general negative interest from agents in charge. Gurmukh and his team stepped up and brought in more viewings in the first week than we had using Purple Bricks. All the viewings were professional, and I was kept in the loop constantly. Zak, the agent-in-charge of my sale, was friendly and professional, answering the phone for any questions I had. As a first time seller, I was guided and advised on how to market my property. Even after we accepted an offer, Zak kept me in the loop and followed up with all parties involved every day. It was fantastic to have this guidance.
