GoogleZak and Gurmukh were extremely attentive and did everything in their power to help us meet the SDLT deadline. They were calm under pressure and updated us at every turn. Zak would routinely ask if there was anything *more* he could do to help. Gurmukh has excellent diplomacy skills and kept in touch with me even while he was on holiday to ensure smooth running. GoogleJean is an absolute star. She was extremely helpful when we our former landlord because unresponsive in relation to returning our deposit. Once we informed Jean of this, she swiftly took charge of the situation and ensured that our deposit was returned in full less than 24 hours later. Fantastic customer service.

GoogleHi really need to praise Raj from the Bow RE office, as he managed to find a buyer for my flat in record time, at the asking price and in cash, and then followed up along the entire process to make sure things progressed smoothly. I would never have been able to exchange and complete within my expected timeframe without Raj stepping in and intermediating with the buyer and his solicitor. Raj even managed to find movers to empty my flat after the tenants had vacated it, at the very last moment (less than 24 hours), due to an out-of-the-blue 11th hour request from the buyer. THANK YOU, Raj!!!!

GoogleGurmukh & Zak were amazing in finding a buyer for my property quickly. They went the extra mile in dealing with queries, chasing solicitors even on their day off and getting the sale completed quickly and very efficiently as both parties needed to complete urgently. GoogleGreat service and perseverance from these guys, especially Zak and Gurmukh. We used this agency to sell our property and they were amazing from start to finish. We had a Somewhat interesting buyer who made us all quite stressed but both Zak and Gurmukh were always on hand via email or phone to help us get over the line. Can't rate highly enough.
