The Felicity J. Lord Bow branch have been wonderful in assisting me to find a new property to rent! Jacob Dono in particular was extremely cooperative and attentive, ensuring that my budget and needs were met. He kept me in the loop with any new properties that met the brief and went above and beyond to organise viewings, due to my limited availability. I cannot reccomended his service and the branch enough!

I recently purchased a property through Bow FJL and dealt with Ranjit Singh throughout. Although young, he proved to be extremely helpful, pleasant and cooperative at every turn and didn't lay the pressure on - as some other agents are prone to do. All in all, a good experience and we're very happy with our E3 garden flat! Well done Ranj and the Bow FJL Team!

FJL are the agency for the last apartment I lived in. To say my experience with them was shocking is an understatement. The worst experience of all was trying to retrieve my deposit. They tried to charge us ridiculous amounts for ridiculous things (£300 for cleaning of one dusty surface in a kitchen cupboard). When we moved in the flat was filthy, at least we left it properly cleaned. When trying to negotiate, I was outright ignored. I tried every avenue of communication, and was consistently ignored and avoided. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism until this. Ended up having to go through the tenancy deposit scheme and raise a dispute which lasted weeks but ultimately was the only way to retrieve the deposit. I would not recommend FJL to anyone, avoid if possible. They will avoid you when it comes to paying back your deposit.

Ranj was very helpful when we were searching for our first flat together. He kept us up to date on the market and any flats that we expressed interest in. He also ensured that he phoned when anything relevant came in alllowing us to see properties before they went on the market. On viewings, Ranj drove us between them to ensure we maximised our time.

Ranj was helpful and polite but I did have to follow up a question about the details of a parking space allocation. He was apologetic that he had forgotten and then within 24 hours had contacted the vendor and contacted me again with an answer both by email and telephone call which showed a decent level of professionalism to promptly rectify a relatively minor issue.
