Failed to ensure I did an inventory on my rental property which led to me having no recourse to recoup funds when my tenant destroyed the flat.
They also failed to send someone to check the property throughout the tenancy despite my being on their managed service.
Finally the property management team are extremely hard to get hold of, slow to respond and offer poor client service.
