Felicity J Lord really have exceeded all my expectations!!! I've been dealing with Vicki primarily but also Victoria and Mark - and I really cannot rate them all highly enough. My sale has been a complicated one for various reasons.. but they really have gone over and above with contact and communication across all parties - I have totally changed my perception of estate agents. Felicity J Lord have made a stressful situation as easy as it could possibly be. I have been a tenant with a Felicty J Lord property since May 2021. There were issues with the property which were communicated via email, telephone and in person at the time of moving in which were not resolved. However since Lily Porter took over the property management at the end of September 2022 these issues were resolved within a few weeks some within days! Thank you so much Lily!!

To cut a long story short my experience of FJL has been dismal. I Let my property through them. My former property manager was never available on the phone and never returned phone calls or emails. Many times I would call the number provided and the phone would just ring until it stopped - no voicemail, nothing. At one point the inventory event went missing. After several weeks of chasing met with silence I escalated to the manager who said she would look into it but then didn't actually get back to me... That was until SHANIKA KELLY joined the company and took over as property manager. She has been excellent. Very professional, she calls (without prompting) to update me on progress in sorting out the mess her predecessor left behind and is on the ball in chasing arrears. When you call her she picks up the phone and returns messages promptly. An asset to FJL. I can't recommend FJL unfortunately but must give credit where due - Shanika has been excellent.

At last. Yesterday I received the keys to my new property!!!!! Phew!!! It's been one long journey but for the wonderful help of Stuart Wood and Alice Jacquin. These two are a big asset to Felicity J Lord. They were very kind, polite, understanding, patient and professional. At points where I was beginning to give up I would receive a call from either one of them. I'm very grateful for their immense assistance.
