Lisa and the team at FJL are the best. Theres a number of other agents in Blackheath/Greenwich whose actual teams are being relocated outside of the area even though they have a local office. FJL have market reach but a local team who know the area better than anyone and their service levels reflect this.

Vicki Tait helped us with both a sale and a purchase. The original sale of our house fell through at the very last moment but FJ Lord were straight back on the case re-marketing in difficult times for selling property in London. We rapidly got another offer and both the sale and our original purchase were completed in quite a short period of time. Vicki was very professional and accessible and kept positive when we were feeling rather miserable. We were away on trips abroad on at least 2 occasions during the sales process and we felt confident that in our absence matters were being handled professionally by Vicki. Now settled into our new property, we’d have no hesitation in recommending FJ Lord and Vicki in particular.

The worst agency I've ever had to deal with in London! Please stay away, I have no idea how they've faked all their 5-star reviews on here to be honest... They never take responsibility or answer in a timely manner and are always on holiday or ill 24/7, 365 days. We have suffered for years because of their horrific behaviour and total disregard of normal human communication. The only reason they were appointed by the landlord was because they were much cheaper than our previous agency, but remember cheap is never better. Just pay a bit more and live in peace rather than deal with these people. P.S. We didn't have hot water and heating in the coldest weather and it took them days to send someone to look at the issue... DAYS...

I recently went for a viewing with my husband, mum and baby. We were shown around by Edgar Haruns who was incredibly kind and interpersonal. He showed us around and allowed us time to ask all the questions and did not rush the process even though we showed up a little late. We’ve been searching for a house for a little while now and we haven’t come across many estate agents as many likable and friendly as him!

Lily Porter from FjL has been absolutely amazing in taking over the managed let aspect of our property. She responds quickly to emails and actions things quickly and professionally. She chases things for us, rather than us having to constantly be in contact asking for updates. As a landlord, the time that saves me is valuable and I feel we are getting the managed let service that we pay for. She is also very good at pushing back and negotiating fair compromises when it comes to tenancy extensions, rather than taking the easy road with things.
