There were some errors in FJL records that had been unfortunately left unaddressed for weeks. Ram was not only empathetic about the situation (an excellent trait for a manager) but was also able to ensure the problem was resolved right away and addressed it in a formal manner. Highly commend Ram for his excellent service.

Justyna, Lisa & Jacob had great customer service & managed our property hunt very well. We initially worked with Jacob who was very patient & clear on the tenancy process. We had a viewing with our little boy who was full of energy that day. Jacob took it in his stride and all of our questions with ease. Although a property we put an offer in for was not accepted he was very professional & communicative. Justyna was a great help in viewing the next property (eventually the one we moved into), she is very knowledgable about the area & took the time to find out more about what we were looking for. She managed the rest of the process with clear communication & timelines. I did not have to chase any of the team I was in contact with. Lisa was very supportive through the contracts and referencing stages, She was clear on what we needed to submit and helped with all of my questions. You are also signed on to a platform that tracks the progress of your applications, fees & contracts so there is no need to panic or worry. Everything is there for you to see which is very helpful! Over all a great experience, I would definitely recommend Felicity J. Lord (especially these agents) to everyone.

This company is absolute bs. Given a 1 week depo for a property which was confirmed ours after we pay the 5weeks security depo. Money was all ready however; they came up with a reason why the references didn’t go through. Then offered us to pay 12months rent upfront not the 5 weeks depo that’s if we wanted the keys. Then changed their reason to not giving the keys to us as there is a CCJ on my file which again is ridiculous. Will be taking legal action as this is daylight robbery. Please be careful which lettings agent you get involved with.

I could not be more disappointed and frustrated by the service received by FJL Blackheath Village. My modern 2 bedroom flat in central Lewisham has been on the market with them for 18 months and I have had two sales fall through in that time, the last one 3 days prior to exchange/completion, after accepting an offer 6 months previously. Of course the agent cannot be held responsible for the buyer's decision but the management of the transaction by Mark and Victoria I believe ultimately led to the breakdown of this sale. In the marketing of the property I lost count of the times I had to re share information about my property which they should have held on file ready to quickly respond to potential buyers. During the sale their lack of knowledge and transparent communication failed both them and me. I would not recommend using this agent unless you have a very straightforward sale, and even then don't expect them to have any real urgency or for the most part proactively communicate with you - on the majority of occasions I was left to get in touch with them for an update on how the transaction was progressing.
