Had the great pleasure of dealing with Serkan at Felicity J.Lord. From the get-go, it was a wonderful experience, where Serkan patiently awaited for us to arrive for the viewing at the location, which I was not very familiar with. Then he went on to provide all the essential information that was needed for me to select and finalise my offer. During the entire process, he documented all the information on my behalf and kept me updated, even working through the weekend to make sure I had my keys by Monday. Couldn't ask for more friendly and efficient dealing with the letting process!

Vicki has been fantastic and so patient with us so far. We are at the very beginning stages of buying our first home so fingers crossed all continues to go well. It took a while to get us here with a lot of tooing and froing amongst ourselves about what offer to make and a lot of emailing Vicki who could easily have told us to just make a decision but instead was very compassionate, supportive and patient, guiding us through the process which she continues to do. I must also say, at no point in this process has Vicki made us feel pressured in anyway or like we're being sold to. She has made this whole experience more enjoyable than we could have expected and we're very grateful that she's the person who took us to that very first viewing and we would recommend anyone who's looking for their new property to get in touch with Vicki. Let's hope the rest of the people in this process are as great as she is!

I've not always had the best experience with previous PMs (and there have been quite a few) but Lily is rapidly making up for any poor service I experienced in the past. We have let our property through FJ Lord for over 18 years and during this time have obviously experienced many different Property Managers.......Holly Ormonde is our current Property Manager and have to say she is very attentive and totally professional at all times. As we live far away it is imperative that we have someone we can trust who is totally committed to providing an excellent service.
