GoogleConran Estates have been absolutely fantastic as the managing agent of our property while we resided abroad for several years. Most recently, we sold our property through Doug in what can only be described as a record time in a very slow market. The whole team at Greenwich are incredibly supportive, and Tamer, Doug, Hayden, Georgina, Susan, Debbie and Anne have all gone above and beyond on many, many occasions. I cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleI bought through Conran, but the process was slowed by delays getting information and the property and on the sale of my property. Conran remained in touch through and continue to chase progress on behalf of their client. They kept close to matters and were very responsive when we reached exchange and then completion.

GoogleHave had a poor experience as a tenant renting with Conran. After disputing details of the checkout report they updated it to look like there was more damage, in an attempt to take more money out of our deposit. Throughout our tenancy they were also slow to provide important documents such as our contract when asked, making changing names on the tenancy very difficult.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
Looking at your review name we don't have a tenant under these details. However, I have asked my Lettings management team to do some research and they think they know the property in question. This property was managed by another estate agent before the Landlord moved agents and instructed Conran. It was the previous agent who conducted three of the four change of tenancies and Conran did the most recent one which you were supplied the contract as soon as it was executed - the delay in executing the contract was solely because the incoming tenant delayed the process. As far as the deduction is concerned, the landlord wanted the property cleaned to the same standard as when you moved in. If a tenant leaves a property and it is in a poor cleanliness condition then the Landlord has a right to request this deduction. The initial inventory states 'The property has been professionally cleaned'. The contract states that you MUST leave the property in the same condition as you found it. I feel this is only reasonable! I hope this answers your concerns and I wish you the best for the future. Regards Simon
