GoogleI wandered into the Greenwich High Street branch after a disappointing viewing with another agent, on the offchance they had something that would suit our requirements. They were immediately friendly and helpful, took all my details and the next day Evie sent us through details of several places which were perfect matches. She was able to arrange for us to view all of them in a single afternoon slot, met and showed us around herself and had the information at hand to be able to answer all our questions. Really great, friendly service and I would definitely use them again.

GoogleConran have just sold my house and I couldn't be happier with the help and support I have had from Tamer and Nancie at the Greenwich Office. They have always been at there when I needed them. I can't recommend them enough. When you are on your own and selling its so reassuring to have people you can rely on to be there.

GoogleAVOID ZERO STARS Tamar the manager of the west Greenwich branch was caught on cctv not wearing the required face mask or gloves whilst doing an appraisal at my home he provided me with no guidelines that are now standard within the industry His customer service was very poor not reading emails properly and not responding also my neighbour complained as he pushed by her on the staircase a truly awful person and terrible company.AVOID.
Dear sir, we take the matter of social distancing incredibly seriously! I have immediately spoken to Tamer and he has guaranteed me that he did NOT cross anyone and nor did he break the 2m distance rule. We strongly recommend that our staff wear face masks but it is not compulsory. He was not wearing a face mask on this occasion purely as was visiting a vacant property (as you dropped keys to the office for access). Note that he was wearing protective gloves. You state that you have CCTV and I would request if you can send a copy of Tamer allegedly pushing past your neighbour, as he is insistent this did not happen. You can email this to headoffice@conranestates.co.uk. We will happily furnish you with our Covid-19 policy and certificate. We have a full risk assessment which all staff must adhere to.

GoogleExtremely good service from both the manager and the lettings management staff here. I recently moved my rental properties to Conran's after experiencing poor service from one of their competitors. All the staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgable, and Georgina in lettings management is especially helpful. It's nice to deal with the same people all the time, Conran's don't seem to have the high staff turnover I experienced with my previous management company, and I think that reflects well on the manager (Tamer). I'm not exaggerating when I say I dealt with 15-20 different people at my previous agency. At Conrans I speak to the same 2 or 3 people all the time, the phones are answered by real people, not answering machines and they take immediate ownership of any problem or query and sort it out, usually on the spot. I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI was a renter looking for a new flat to move into. I sent them my contact details on rightmove in the evening after office hours and the agency called back the next morning to arrange a viewing the same day. Punctual. The viewing was smooth with Hayden offering information of the council tax band and why work was done to the flat. I really appreciate he covered the key points a prospective renter would need to know without being asked. Most of all, there was no pressuring to snap up the property or unsolicited opinion to that effect, so I feel relaxed enough to imagine living in the flat. Unfortunately I chose a different flat but rest assured this positive experience will encourage me to get in contact with your agency in the future when the opportunity arises. Keep up the professional service and you and your landlords will get great tenants in return. Your follow up to ask for feedback shows your company cares about the service. One point for improvement I would suggest to all agents not just Conran Estates, do figure out a system to find the right key for the property first time as time is a precious resource for agents.

GoogleThe best estate/letting agent in London (and I have used a few) never had an issue with them, very responsive, looked after us greatly for 6 years and were really lovely people, specifically Georgina, Anne and the contractor team who were all lovely and completely exceeded my expectations (which admittedly were low based on experience with other agents) would recommend to anyone, especially if you get looked after by Georgina or AnnePositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI had originally considered putting my flat up for rental but subsequently pulled it (due to no fault of theirs). This was 3 years ago However recently, they've been calling me incessantly despite my request to not be called again, as I have no plans to put my flat up for rent.

GoogleI would never considered renting out my property with Conran Estate agent or even recommending them in the future based on my current experience. I live next door for the property that they managed. I have requested for the tree cutting of the property as the size of the trees has put the house on risk. I have spoken the estate agent in person, via phone calls and emails and got no responses. It seem no one in the local branch cares about his or her tenants or property owners.
Hi Christina. We are somewhat confused as to your review. You have been in contact with Georgina on a regular basis who has been organising quotes. This is an expensive job and the landlord, quite rightly, wanted numerous quotes before committing to the work. We also understand that you are also getting quotes. We therefore feel that your rating is wholly unfair especially because you have not been a customer of ours to experience our amazing services!
