When thinking about listing my flat for sale, I liaised with Tamer from Conran and I can truly say that we he was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive, proactive, made insightful recommendations and overall just very friendly and kind (not pushy at all!). When conducting the valuation, he gave me a thorough brief and detailed recommendation of what we should list our flat at and why - he also provided a rental valuation in the valuation pack which was helpful as I hadn't even thought of renting the flat out - the rental figure was higher than I imagined so it also allowed me to explore renting out the flat which I hadn't considered in the past. We had a very positive experience when purchasing our flat through Conran Estates. Doug who showed us the flat at first was very warm and knowledgeable of the property and the area. Afterwards our purchase was handled by Tamer, and on occasion Hayden, who were both very efficient in responding to queries and did so in a friendly and helpful manner. We were particularly impressed by the regular updates we received along the process. We have had less than satisfactory experiences with other agents in the Greenwich area, Conran definitely excelled in comparison. I recommend!

We have been impressed with Conran through the whole process of selling our home. They were always available to answer all of our questions and offer advise when asked. Their marketing material of our home was great and we particularly liked the video they created. On sale they even offered a free concierge service that assisted in our move. If you are a new landlord then Conran are helpful at finding you a tenant and making the initial process easy. Unfortunately their fully managed service needs some serious improvement given the high percentage they take from your rental income. The full management service essentially involves Conran relaying messages between you and the tenant. They do not sort any issues and often make matter worse by pitting the landlord and the tenant against each other. If you are looking to rent out a fairly new property I would recommend simply giving the tenant your phone number or email address and work with them directly. You will save yourself thousands of pounds per year in the process.
