Personable and practical purchase process. Conran were good at knowing whom was next due to provide information and making timely enquiries to keep the process flowing. Throughout, Conran were balanced to the buyer and seller who were both eager, despite other stakeholders being less responsive. Was estimated to take 4 months but ended taking 6 months but was due more to the time taken to receive information from other parties. Took extra effort to send their own contractor round to confirm our suspicion that a window left open during high winds did not affect structural integrity of the housing.

I've dealt with many agents in the Greenwich area in the past few years from renting to buying. I have to say my interactions with Conran have been top notch. Tamer in particular has been incredible to deal with. He was able to get me a missing certificate in 1 day when the solicitors could not find the right one for weeks. I've sold with Conran twice now. I bought my first flat with Doug 25 years ago! I've also rented via them for a number of years. To be honest, working with them is like being with family - the nice part of the family that you look forward to meeting and always helps you out. I sort of regret selling and moving out of Greenwich because it means that I've no longer an excuse to talk to them. Really nice people. They really look after you and do their best by you. I recently bought a house through Conran Estate Agents Greenwich. Doug, Tamer and the rest of the team were professional and supportive throughout the process. In particular I was impressed with their wealth of local knowledge having seemingly sold every other house on the street in the last 20 years. They were always very helpful in facilitating access prior to completion and even offered to continue to grant access to tradespeople post-completion! They made the whole process very smooth.

I put an offer on a property that I loved but it wasn’t accepted because my flat wasn’t under offer, nor was it on the market, so time was of the essence, I didn’t want to lose the property. I contacted Conran on 18th Jan, Rob (Lee Office Manager) came to my property and valued it on 21st Jan, the negotiators came round on 24th to get a feel of the flat, photos were taken on 25th and my property with photos and video went “live” on 26th Jan. I had 12 viewings over that weekend, and I accepted an offer on 1st Feb, Conran sold my property within two weeks at a great price!!!! Conran were speedy, proactive, personal and very professional. They understood the position I was in and did all what they could. The photos, video and write up did my flat proud ,and I love the personal touch of adding my comments about the property. Conran were in constant contact with me, keeping me posted with any developments. The whole process was very smooth, and for me, it was effortless, all the hard work was done by Conran, thank you!!!

Great experience along the way indeed. Tamer and Chloe helped me on all aspect efficiently and effectively. They always responded to any of my questions very quickly and did proper handover upon holidays and let me view the flat a few times during the process. We had a very stressful time with our solicitors falling short of expectations but the team at Conran were always on hand to help and used their wealth of experience to help the sale get over the finish line. Honest, helpful, friendly and professional, we're in no hurry to sell again but when that time comes we will be using Conran.
