I know Doug Norris for many years and would not like any other agent to sell my home. He is a face of Conran and represents what is the best in this profession in Greenwich. I bought my first home through him some years ago and he has been very helpful on many occasions since. Both, Doug and Hayden have help to sell my house recently and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Always helpful, polite and understanding of the stress involved in selling and buying a property.

I've now sold 3 flats at full asking price with Conran Brockley. Guy and the team have a genuinely different approach to other agents. The lack of BS is refreshing and the warm friendly approach helps to build trust between the buyer and seller. Once an offer has been accepted on each property, the Conran team have continued to nudge the sales process forward through to completion, which is an important part of the sales process. Their office is superbly located for the Brockley market, right outside Brockley station, unlike most of the other “Brockley” agents which are located in Crofton Park. Judging by the number of Conran for sale boards going up, they seem to be establishing themselves as THE go to agent for Brockley.

Tamer and team very professional. Missing a star as property was in a poor condition with holes in windows and with the management passed straight over to the landlady who was adamant it wasn't her problem it left me with expensive bills through the winter tying to heat the property.

We purchased a property through Conran's Charlton branch and were delighted with the experience. Our main contact was Abbie Kendall, but we also had interactions - all of which were great - with Michael and Rob. We felt really supported throughout our buying experience. When the first property we were interested in didn't pan out (also listed through Conran), Abbie gave us the heads up about another one that would shortly be coming onto the market which she thought we might be interested in and was very much worth a look. We were feeling a bit disheartened after things didn't progress with the initial property we liked but Abbie really encouraged us to take a look at the other one so we booked in a viewing and made an offer shortly after. Throughout the buying process Abbie was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. When exchange day finally came around, she actually ended up giving us more insight into what was going on across the chain than the agent who was selling our property (but who, funnily enough, was sure to be in touch when the time came to let us know what we owed for the sale of our flat!). I really felt like Conran had our interests, as well as their own clients' interests, at heart throughout the process. Having now moved into the house and met the neighbours I've also only heard good things about this branch. They really seem to know the area and - by the looks of the For Sale boards in the vicinity - seem very established here. Hopefully we won't be looking to move any time soon but if we are in need of an agent in the future we will definitely be looking to Abbie and Conran Estates (and avoiding KFH like the plague!). Thanks Abbie and the team for helping us find a wonderful new home - we're still over the moon!

When I called round estate agents to let our flat it was clear that Guy was not only more knowledgeable that the competition but willing to go the extra mile to help us find the right tenants for our property. He wanted to know lots about us as landlords and the type of property as well as what kind of tenants we needed. Lazy staff and liars!! I had a visitation cancelled by a en employee called Ben who then said he would contact to rearrange a viewing for me. If anything it appeared like I was doing his job as I was the one messaging him with his reply being “I will schedule a visit for you soon” . After a week I called the agency and I lady spoke to me saying I will book a viewing for you the same day and I would receive an email confirmation which was a surprise as I thought Ben would have done this for me. 1 hour before the viewing I called again to confirm as no email was sent to me and I spoke to a lady called Hoyrie who told me I didn’t speak to anyone earlier that day which is a complete lie and told me I had no bookings. And then to my utter surprise I was told that the property had an offer accepted the day before. Shocking

I find myself in the strange position of genuinely wanting to give a review for an estate agent. And not some throw-away 10 word platitude - a proper testimonial. It’s fair to say that it’s been tough selling a flat in recent months, but Doug found a buyer swiftly, and has been an experienced source of guidance and advice throughout the whole process. Not enough emphasis is placed on the importance of sale progression when choosing a decent estate agent, but I’ve found Conran to be excellent at keeping everyone informed, gently making sure that everyone in the chain kept on top of things. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
