GoogleI recently sold a flat using Conran and Hayden, Doug and the team were superb and outclassed all other agents I had dealt with in previous years in the area. GoogleLived in a house for 12 months, hot water broke multiple times, mould on the walls, contractor after contractor came out to no fix. Conran then denied there was any issue. Had no heating for the last 5 months of tenancy and when we pushed to get this fixed, we were evicted. Shocking customer service and criminality here. Avoid at all costs Edited for reply: Yes I was a tenant of Conran's last year and yes this is the right company. Today I reviewed the agency that I've most recently used and I thought to myself "I wondered if I ever reviewed Conran's after the mouldy house", I realised I didn't review them last year so I did today
Thank you for your response. We have looked on our active and historic database and believe we have located the tenancy you refer to. The boiler had a fault in January 2022 and as the engineer could not immediately locate and fix the issue, the landlord supplied you with heaters. Our hands were tied with regards the fix to the heating and we did everything within our power to help you. With regards to your reference to ‘criminality’, this is a falsehood. The landlord needed to sell the property. They served notice on you to vacate within the legal framework as stipulated in your tenancy agreement. Kind regards

GoogleDoug Norris at Conran is really not only one of the nicest and most effective people in real estate I ever dealt with, but possibly that I ever met as well. It doesn't often happen that a business relationship turns into friendship. He helped us sell the property we bought with them years ago and, even though the sale was fraught with conveyancing difficulties, his calm positivity and resolve made all the difference. I would wholeheartedly recommend using Conran when looking to sell or buy your home.
