GoogleExcellent service from valuation, organising viewings, negotiations, to progressing with the sale. The team were very experienced, professional and assisted with all the queries promptly, and went well beyond what I was expecting. This was especially given the challenges we had with a chain involved in the sale. Michael was exceptional with dealing with a lot of the issues and became the person for helping to resolve issues for everyone involved in the chain. The rest of the team Robert, Erika, Nikki, Edelyn were also very helpful throughout the process. I would recommend using Conran Estates for anyone looking to sell their property.

FacebookWhen I called round estate agents to let our flat it was clear that Guy was not only more knowledgeable that the competition but willing to go the extra mile to help us find the right tenants for our property. He wanted to know lots about us as landlords and the type of property as well as what kind of tenants we needed. Dan was great at scheduling lots of appointments and found us tenants who were perfect for our flat and looks like our flat is perfect for them.

GoogleWe instructed Conran for the sale of our house in SE18 and were really pleased with their whole ethos. We had spoken with a handful of the local estate agents but having listened to Michael, the head of sales at Conran we were reassured that they would offer a unique and more personable approach and indeed this turned out to be the case. We sold for more than any of the other agents had promised would be the ceiling price and the whole process was made smooth and actually fairly enjoyable. All in all would thoroughly recommend

GoogleWhere to start… I’m neither a buyer nor a seller, but a former employee. Conran took a chance on me and I will forever be indebted to them. The kindness I experienced, the transparency with how they work and the friends I’ve made along the way are just some of the things I’m truly grateful for. Speaking from the other side of the sale/purchase I guarantee you will always be looked after to the highest of standards. It can be a difficult time purchasing a property, I know as an Agent there were times it felt like a very bumpy road to completion! It’s never smooth sailing but I can truly say, whether you are looking at selling, or after buying somewhere, Conran is the safest pair of hands out there!

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would. We booked two viewings for rental apartments, working a 9-5pm means that we could only go after work. We booked viewings for 5.30pm. At 5pm we are already on our way to the viewing (travelling from Leyton). The estate agent calls to say the staff member who booked the viewing was off sick and therefore there was no one available to do the viewing. It's 5pm, surely you knew this staff member was sick already? You could have called anytime in the day to reschedule with us. We speak on the phone with the agent, who calls us back saying that he can reorganise his schedule so that he could do the viewing himself and that the viewing can go ahead. We get to the viewing for 5.30pm and we get a call from the same agent who tells us, the staff member who's off sick, has the keys to both the apartments so unfortunately he can't do the viewings. Mateee you could of told us that before we travelled 45minutes to get to Charlton...will be boycotting your services from now on.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
Dear Amy. we have absolutely no excuse and your review is accurate and fair. When we mess up, as we have here, we take full accountability and apologise and attempt to put it right, where we can. As I mentioned, this is not an excuse but what happened was that a team member who had the keys from another earlier viewing in the morning fell sick and went home (with the keys!!!). Her colleague was to cover your afternoon viewing, but at the time of looking for the keys (that afternoon), he realised what had happened and by then it is too late - not a great experience for you I understand. I offer a profuse and sincere apology to you and would love to try and re-build your confidence - if it is not too late? GoogleWe had a pleasant experience as a first time buyer using Conran and felt that overall the agents we worked with were calm, helpful and didn't put too much pressure on us. The reason for the 4/5 is that we did feel a little bit rushed at the end with our conveyancers advice to get a deed of variance for the ground rent and threats of the seller's seller pulling out. We've heard this before and I do wonder if it's a tactic to exchange and complete (it may not be). The seller's solicitor did give some good logic to proceed without it though, however there is always a chance this will come back and cause us problems when we try and sell. Overall we love the property we purchased and are grateful to Will and Jodie for all their help and being pleasant to work with. We would also definitely consider using Conran again down the line should we be selling, buying or renting, and would also recommend them. A big thanks to them for helping us with the purchase.
Hi Mike thank you for your kind review. I appreciate the comment about the rushed bit at the end. I assure you that we would never do this unless there was a real chance of the chain collapsing. As it was the sellers seller then we could only accept the information at face value - we also are not fans at this stage of the process when some sellers/buyer start threatening to collapse the chain. We will always mediate honestly and effectively to our clients - this is the ethos of Conran. Thank you for mentioning this point though.
