We have used Conran at Charlton for the sale of our mid-terraced house in Charlton. We had an offer within 5 days of listing ;). However this is only a fraction of the outstanding personal service, which we have continuously received by Kellie Kemp. She was the difference between completing close to my deadline and saving thousands of pounds of interest per day and not completing at all. If it was not her to chase the buyers solicitors, the buyers and our solicitors and offer them solutions to their hurdles and objections and more or less do their job for them we would h have completed with months of delay. All in all if I can rate Kellie with 10 out of 10 I would rate her as ONE million, not just 10. Rossen

We had an A1 service throughout from Kellie and her colleagues at Conran. Very professional, excellent fast communication, proactive and also responded very quickly to issues when raised. She kept all parties informed throughout the whole property buying process and took action immediately when it was required. We had a fantastic experience selling our flat with Conran. We initially had a very bad expeience with another local agent and ended up changing to Conran Greenwich. The presentation of their properties is really special and I think thats what drew in so many more viewings than we had seen with our first agent. That being said, Tamar and his team worked tirelessly to sell our property and we were so happy with their professional, down to earth and friendly attitude from start to finish. Hannah was a joy to work with and although it wasn't smooth sailing due to the pandemic, her invested attitude towards our case really made a difference. I really can't recommend Conran enough and thank them wholeheartedly for making a stressful process in a very stressful year as straightforward as possible

I've now sold 3 flats at full asking price with Conran Brockley. Guy and the team have a genuinely different approach to other agents. The lack of BS is refreshing and the warm friendly approach helps to build trust between the buyer and seller. Once an offer has been accepted on each property, the Conran team have continued to nudge the sales process forward through to completion, which is an important part of the sales process. Their office is superbly located for the Brockley market, right outside Brockley station, unlike most of the other “Brockley” agents which are located in Crofton Park. Judging by the number of Conran for sale boards going up, they seem to be establishing themselves as THE go to agent for Brockley.
