I've dealt with Michael many times in the past who I have to say is the most honest & realistic estate agent out there. Very refreshing! This time I dealt with Nicky who went above & beyond her role in what was an extremely tricky sale. She remained professional at all times, even when times got tough. She was tenacious, honest & patient & I don't think the sale would have gone through without her. We would highly recommend her & the team at Conran Estates, Charlton.

I bought my first property through Michael John at Conran and at the time they were the first, and only agent in the area that didn’t look down their nose at me and my nominal first-time budget. They are friendly and realistic. I’ve subsequently rented out that property through them and purchased a second. Michael and the team offer a fantastic service - quick to respond to queries both inside and outside of the remit of being an agent! Thoroughly recommend and I look forward to using them for years to come.

We highly recommend Coranestates and specially Robert Walker as the most honest estate agent we deal with helping as to buy our first property. Conran Estates went above and beyond in their service to me. I needed to refurbish before selling the property but needed to manage this and the sale from outside the region. Michael was more than happy to act as a keyholder and dealt with contractors to agree access etc. Once the work was completed, Conran Estates arranged for the property to be professionally photographed and marketed extremely quickly - showing the property at its very best. The property had viewings within one day of listing and the sale went through really quickly, thanks to the vetting carried out by their office. Nicola stayed on top of the conveyancers and provided regular updates. I really couldn't have asked for anything more in terms of service and their fees were clearly laid out and were very reasonable indeed - lower than a number of competitors in the area. I would highly recommend Conran Estates to anyone looking to sell their property.

I bought my first property through Conran Estates Charlton and had an excellent experience. I cannot rate highly enough the personability, diligence and professionalism of everyone in the office: at no point was I left in the dark or my correspondance ignored, my requirements for a property were listened to and I was treated with utmost respect throughout. The team, especially Nicky (my agent), were extremely friendly, responded almost immediately to any correspondance and genuinely cared for my experience. Even my solicitor expressed how quick, kind and helpful Nicky was compared to other agents when they liaised with her, Rob too. I learnt from my previous experiences with lettings and estate agents not to expect much of a service, but Conran Charlton completely changed my view of estate agents and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone or use them again myself.

They were very professional and friendly at all times with a excellent knowledge of the local market which helped us to price our house realistically. An offer was placed on our house quickly but after we experienced a few delays due to searches and enquiries, we found Nicki to be extremely helpful and reassuring at a very stressful time, providing us regular updates. We instructed Conran to sell our property in Plumstead SE18. The initial meeting with the team went well and they were in regular contact at the beginning of the process. Admittedly, Conran did manage to get regular viewings at our property. However, towards the end of their contracted time, communication became an issue. Emails and text messages were missed which prevented viewings from taking place. We ended up carrying out a viewing ourselves, two days after my wife had given birth, as Conran had cancelled it despite multiple messages to them to go ahead. Thankfully we did, as these viewers eventually bought the property. I found there was a real lack of communication during the sale process. No phone calls were made or voicemails left until the day of completion. However, communication has since improved as the fee is now due to be paid.. Discussions have been had with Conran regarding the service we received. However, they attempt to defend their actions instead of acknowledging their mistakes. Overall, disappointed with the service provided considering the amount Conran are paid.

The service I received was excellent. Michael, the branch manager gave great advice on how to effectively market my property for sale. Will Roden, senior negotiator, found a buyer within 2 weeks of the property going on sale and managed the process thereafter efficiently and professionally.
